SENARAI UBAT - UNTUK RUJUKAN PERIBADI SAYA

Senarai ubat-ubat yang pernah aku gunakan :
  1. Acetycystein 600 MG Effervescent Yab (Flucimil) : Cairkan kahak
  2. Acetylsalicyclic Acid 100 MG Gly 45 Mg Tab (CARDIPRIN) : Cairkan darah / to relieve pain, fever and inflammation such as back and neck pain, flu, common cold , burns etc. 
  3. Alendronate + Cholecalciforol (Fosamax P : Osteoporosis. 
  4. Amlodipine Besilate : untuk menurunkan kolesterol and tekanan darah. 
  5. Amoxycillin : Antibiotik dan merawat jangkitan bakteria. 
  6. Ampicillin Sulbactam 375 mg Tab : Antibiotik - jangkitan bakteria. 
  7. Apo-Clopidogrel 75 mg tab : Cair darah
  8. Apo-K Potassium Chloride 600 MG : Kekurangan potassium, ketidakseimbangan elektrolit. 
  9. Aqueous Cream : Rawatan kulit kering
  10. Aspirin 100 MG  (Glycine 45 MG Tab - CARDIPRIN) : Cair darah / Jantung. 
  11. Arnica Comp. Gel : Muscle pain / osteoarthritis. 
  12. Atarvastatin 20 mg Tab (Rotaqor) : Ubat Kolesterol. 
  13. Axcel Eviline (Aluminium Hydroxide 200 mg / Simeticone 20 mg) : Symtomic relief of hypercicidity with peptic ulser, gastritis, oesophagitis, dyspepsia, heartburn or hiatus mernia and flatulence. 
  14. Beatafed Tablets : Commond cold, acute sinusitis and allergic rhinitis et. 
  15. Beprosalic Ointment : reduced skin pigmentation.
  16. Bethamethasone : merawat radang kulit disebabkan eczema. 
  17. Bisoprolol 2.5 mg Taab (Concor) : Tekanan Darah Tinggi / Jantung Lemah / Elak sakit dada. 
  18. Bromhexine HCI 8 mg tab : Kurangkan / buang kahak. 
  19. Budesonide 200 mcg/dose Inhaler : Athma
  20. Calcitriol 0.25 MG Tab (ROCAL TROL): Vitamin D analog, menyerap kalsium dari saluran gastrointestinal dan kegunaannya dalam badan. 
  21. Calcium Carbonate 500 mg Tab : Buah pinggang kronik/ Hyperphosphatemia.   
  22. Carvedilol 6.25 mg Tab (Dilatrend) : Tekanan darah tinggi / Jantung Lemah.
  23. Celebrex 200 mg : Ubat tahan sakit, sakit sendi, otot , tulang dsb. 
  24. Cetaphil Moisturizing Cream : Skin treatment. 
  25. Cetirizine : anti Histamine/ treatment of hay fever, allergies, angioedema and urticania. 
  26. Charcoal Tablet 200 MG : To treat stomach pain. 
  27. Chlopheniramine / Piriton : Selsema, resdung dan gatal kulit.

  29. Chloramphenicol eye ointment : Mata dan kulit. 
  30. Clobetasol Propionate : treat skin conditions such as eczema,contact dermatitis, seborvheic dermatitis & psoriasis. 
  31. Concor 2.5 - Bisoprolol Fumarate  2.5 mg : Beta blocker, for heart disease, relaxes blood vessels and slowing heart rate to improve and decrease blood pressure.

  52. Griseofulvin 125 mg : Fungal infection of skin. 
  53. HISTAC 150 mg Tablet : to reduce amount of acid produce in the stomach.
  54. Hydrocortisone Cream 15 gm - Anti Inflammatory cream, treatment of skin inflammation e.g. Psoriasis, Eczema etc.

  73. Prednisolone : Corticosteroid drug - treat astma, treatment of wide range of inflammatory & auto immune conditions.

  80. Ticagrelor 90 MG tablet : to prevent formation of blood clots and reduce risk of heart attack & stroke in people with CVD (ubat cair darah)
