  4. L/Cpl Ada bin Kulim : Member of VAT 69 (Commando) of the Royal Malaysian Police. He was seriously injured while trying to break up a riot by illegal immigrants at the Immigration Detention Camp in Semenyih, Selangor in March 1998.

  6. Lt.Kdr. Anuar bin Hj Alias: Paskal TLDM (Navy Commando) :  rescued 30 bus passengers in Lomue Village, Angola under the UN peacekeeping mission in 1998. The only member of the Royal Malaysia Navy to receive the PGB medal.
  7. Sgt Maj. (Rtd) Apot a/k Saad : Police member VAT 69 (Commando), pioneer member of Senoi Praaq, Orang Asli Police Unit, expert in tracking the enemy, has killed 5 communist terrorists and been involved in 15 battles throughout his service with the Police force.

  38. Sgt. Michael Riman a/k Bugat : 8th Battalion Royal Malaysian Rangers – Fort Legap, June 1, 1979. Involved in battles with communists in Lundu, Sarawak on 9 October 1976 and in Gopeng, Perak on 26 December 1977 where he succeeded in killing 2 communist terrorists.
  39. PW 11 Mohamad Bin Baharom : UNOSOM 11 - ambush at the Guled Hotel, Mogadishu on 18 July 1994. Awarded the PGB medal on 2 June 1996.

  45. Captain Mohd Ghazali bin Che Mat : 2nd Battalion Royal Malay Regiment – battle with the Communist during Ops Chieftain, Kampar, Perak, 1957.
  46. Maj.Gen (Rtd) Dato' Hj Mohd Halim bin Khalid : 4th Platoon, B Company, 19th Battalion, Royal Malay Regiment. While in the rank of Captain on 27 September 1993, he led a battle with the Militia at the Public Court in Old Port, Mogadishu, Somalia. He successfully saved 3 Somali Judges from being killed by the militia.
  47. Sub-Inspector Mohd Mashkor bin Muradi : A member of the PDRM Special Action Unit from Bukit Aman, Kuala Lumpur. Successfully rescued 2 hostages at Pudu Prison who were being held captive by criminal Jimmy Chuah on 22 October 1978.
  48. DSP Mohd Noor bin Abdul Razak : Successfully captured Philippine Rebel Leader Rizal Akin during Ops Ramboo II on 24 July 1994 in Sabah.
  49. Sgt. Muit bin Ahmad : 3rd Battalion Royal Malaysian Rangers – successful action against communist terrorist.
  50. 2nd Lt. N.H. Siebel : A Squadron, 2nd Battalion Reconnaissance Regiment – Congo, 1961 > Rescuing Italian Air Force personnel at Kindu Airport, Condo on 12 November 1961.
  51. Ranger Nazaldin bin Kassim : Malaysian Rangers – Killed in Action at Ulu Muda, Gubir, Kedah on March 24, 1973
  52. Sgt (Rtd) Nazaruddin Md Zain : Members of the Special Action Unit (UTK) of D9, PDRM > were involved in the operation to rescue 2 hostages at Pudu Prison who were held captive by Criminal Jimmy Chuah on 17-22 October 1986.
  53. Sgt. Norihan Tari  : A member of 3rd Battalion, Pasukan Gerakan Am (PGA), Senoi Praaq of the Royal Malaysian Police, who was involved in a clash with smugglers during Ops Benteng in Padang Besar, Perlis on 24 November 2020 where his colleague Sgt. Baharuddin Ramli was killed.

  66. ASP Wilfred Gomez Malong : Special Branch of the Royal Malaysian Police, was awarded the Medal of Bravery for his bravery while fighting with communists in the Ulu Poi Forest, Kanowit, Sarawak on 21 June 1973.

  9. Superintendant Gean Kartar Singh a/k Kean Singh : Penang Prison – prevent a break-out at Penang prison in 1970.The only Prison Officer awarded the S.P. Medal.
  10. Captain Hamid bin Awang : 2nd Battalion Royal Malaysian Rangers – Ops Marcup 1 at Lundu, Sarawak, Apr 7, 1973.
  11. Coperal Itam ak Bijam : a member of the Police Field Force who successfully killed a communist terrorist in an ambush on Jalan Ulu Oya, Sibu, Sarawak on 29 April 1971.
  12. Jalil bin Ibrahim : Civilians – murdered in Hong Kong , 1983 while investigating the BMF scandal, the only civilian to received the award.
  13. Temenggung Datuk Kanang ak Langkau : 8th Battalion Royal Ranger Regiment > The only ATM member to receive 2 bravery medals, namely PGB and S.P.
  14. WO 11 Lenggu ak China – 1st Battalion Royal Malaysian Rangers – Killed in action in an ambush by communist terrorist at Tg. Babi Batu, Song, Sarawak on Jan 20, 1971.
  15. Private Mat Aznan bin Awang : Malaysian Battalion at Mogadishu, Somalia – killed in action > Bakara Market, Mogadishu, Somalia on October 4, 1993.
  16. P/Inspector Mat Zain bin Mat Yassin : Royal Malaysian Police, killed in action at Pasir Pinji, Ipoh, Perak on Aug. 25, 1976. 
  17. Captain Mohana Chandran s/o Velayuthan : 4th Battalion Royal Malaysian Rangers – killed in action at Ulu Kinta, Perak, 1971.
  18. PC 152925 Mohd Fakaruddin bin Zakaria : Killed while trying to catch a criminal in Kg.Baru Semenyih, Selangor on Sept 9. , 2009. Awarded Seri Pahlawan Gagah Perkasa.
  19. ASP Mohd Zabri Bin Abd Hamid : VAT 69 (Commando) Officer  - were killed in the firefights in Hulu Perak, 1975. The VAT 69 Camp at Tasik Banding was named Camp Zabri. 
  20. Sgt. Major Ngalinuh Bala @ Kilah Atu – Royal Malaysian Police – battle with communist terrorist at Sibu, Sarawak on Apr 29, 1972.
  21. Capt. Narendran Indi Shanmugam : 4th Battalion Royal Malaysian Rangers : Ulu Kinta, Perak in 1986. 
  22. Corporal Nasruddin bin Che Yeoh : Federal Reserve Unit, Royal Malaysian Police – killed during riot by illegal immigrants at Semenyih Detention Centre on March 26, 1998.
  23. Constable Nuling ak Saling : Police Field Force – killed in action during a battle with communist terrorist near Sg. Setabau, Sibu, Sarawak on Apr 6, 1975.
  24. Detective Constable Othman bin Ahmad : Royal Malaysian Police – ambush by 6 wanted criminal at Chuping, Perlis on Jan 10, 1974. He manage to kill one of them.
  25. Superintendant Paul Kiong : Royal Malaysian Police – Inspector with Police Special Branch, part of several operations to cripple communist terrorist between 1966 and 1989.
  26. Inspector Reggie ak Deli : Police Field Force – killed 6 communist terrorist during a battle at Bintulu, Sarawak, Apr 10, 1973.
  27. Trooper Rosli bin Buang : 1st Special Service Regiment  (Commando) – killed in action at Chemor, Perak on July 6, 1971.
  28. L/Corporal Saimon bin Tarikat : Combat Intelligence Unit – killed in action at Kuala Kelawang, N.Sembilan, 1983.
  29. Deputy Superintendant Sia Boon Chee : Royal Malaysian Police - Inspector with Special Branch - part of several operations to cripple CT activities between 1966 and 1989.
  30. SAC 1 Datuk Syed Mohd Mokhtar b. Syed Zubir Barakhbah : Police Field Force – ambush by communist terrorist at Malaysian – Thailand border on August 11, 1971.
  31. Constable Velu Rajavelu – Royal Malaysian Police – the first recipient of Seri Pahlawan Gagah Perkasa. Honored for bravery and community service, laying down his life in combating piracy in Klang in August 1962.
  32. Corporal Yeap Sean Hua : Royal Malaysian Police - Killed by armed criminal during a crime prevention round at Setapak, KL on April 30, 1971.
  33. Capt.  Zainal Abidin bin Abdul Rashid : 17th Battalion Royal Malay Regiment – killed in action at Ops Gubir II, 15 July 1976.

*** WO1 Kanang ak Langkau from 8th Battalion Royal Malaysian Rangers was the only recipient of both Seri Pahlawan Gagah Perkasa and Pingat Gagah Berani.
