- A Fomosa : at Melaka > Porta de Santiago , built by the Portuguese in 1511 under the command of Alfonso de Albuquerque as a Fortress.

- Bukit Cina : Chinese Hill at Melaka > the largest Chinese cemetery outside China with many of the tombs (more than 12,000 graves) dating back to Ming Dynasty, the oldest tomb dating back to 1622. It was a marriage gift from the Sultan of Melaka when he married Princess Hang Li Po of China.
- Bukit Melaka: Formerly St.Paul Hill > Located at Bandar Hilir, Melaka, a chapel named "Out Lady of The Hill" was erected by the Portuguese Captain, Duarte Coelho in 1521. When the Dutch took control, they renamed it St. Paul's Church. St. Francis Xavier who regularly visited the chapel, was buried here in 1553 before his remain were transferred to Goa in India.

- Cheng Hoon Teng Temple : at Melaka > the oldest Chinese temple in the country, built in 1646. Underscored by UNESCO award for outstanding architectural restoration.
- Christ Church Melaka: an 18th century Dutch-built Anglican Church is the oldest functioning Protestant Church in Malaysia. The church was completed in 1753 and replaced the Bovenkerk (formerly ZSt.Paul's Church) as the primary Dutch Reformed Church in Dutch Malacca.
- Dataran 1Malaysia Klebang: a town square in Klebang town in the Malaysian state of Malacca which feature a whale fin sculpture and formerly a 1Malaysia signage. The square was officiated by Prime Minister Najib Razak in February 2012.
- Dataran Pahlawan Megamall: Bandar Hilir, Melaka > a shopping mall located in Malacca City, Malacca, Malaysia. It was developed and is owned by Hatten Group Sdn Bhd on a 7.7 hectares site in the city, and is the biggest lifestyle shopping megamall in the state.
- Dutch Graveyard: located at the foot of Bukit Melaka (formerly St. Paul's Hill), the graveyard was first used during the last quarter of the 17th century during Dutch ruled Malacca.
- Encore Melaka: Kota Syahbandar, Melaka > Encore Melaka is a multi-venue performing arts centre in Melaka City, Malaysia. It is the biggest theatre in Southeast Asia located on Melaka's most prominent site, along the city's waterfront, 3.5km from Melaka's UNESCO World Heritage Sites.
- Galeri Cheng Ho: Jalan Kota > a gallery devoted to Admiral Zheng He in Malacca City, Malacca, Malaysia. It was opened in February 2003 and has been associated with the growth of tourism within the state.
- Galeri Demang Abdul Ghani: Taman Merlimau Jaya > The Demang Abdul Ghani Gallery is a gallery about Demang Abdul Ghani, whose ancestor came from Palembang and his family. The gallery building, sometimes called the Merlimau Palace, was the administrative centre of the village in the past and often used as a meeting place to discuss community affairs.
- Hang Li Po's well : legend has it that Chinese Emperor sent his daughter Princess Hang Li Po to marry Sultan Mansur Syah of Melaka. The well was build by her followers in 1459 as the source of water supply. However there is no written records of this princess in the Chinese documents.
- Hang Tuah Village: located in Kg Duyong, Melaka, is a heritage site dedicated to the legendary Malay warrior, Hang Tuah. Opened to public in 2013, aims to showcase the history and culture of the Melaka Sultanate era and the legendary 5 warriors, including Hang Tuah.
- Hard Rock Cafe Melaka: the 3rd Hard Rock Cafe in Malaysia after Kuala Lumpur and Penang.
- History and Ethnography Museum: located inside the Stadthuys building during the Dutch Malacca administration period in 1650. The museum displays the history of Malacca from its establishment in 1400 until 1957, the year Malaya gained independence.
- House of Museums Malacca: Lorong Hang Jebat > A museum featuring 50s to 70s old trades including old traditional chinese medicine shop, the red, blue and white pole barber shop, a go-go era tailor shop, village style sundry shop and an old tricycle delivery transportation of Rothmans, etc. It is very entertaining and also educational.
- Jonker Street : the vibrant heart of the Melaka city centre, the old town houses and shophouses have been transformed into cafes, pubs and boutiques. The nightlife becomes even more lively during festive seasons.
- Kampung Morten :situated in a Melaka River > a Malay village house in Kg.Morten, Melaka built in the 1920s > houses a varied collection of artefacts including Ming Dynasty ceramics and a 100 -years-old Quran.
- Kompleks Falak Al-Khawarizmi: Tg Bidara, Alor Gajah > owned by Melaka State Government and operated by Melaka Mufti Department, a largest astronomy complex in Malaysia in an effort to develop astronomy into society.

- Makam Hang Jebat: Hang Jebat Mausoleum located in Melaka City. Hang Jebat, a legendary Melaka Warrior and friend of the equally famed Hang Tuah.
- Malacca Bee Gallery: Taman Botanikal > formerly The World's Bees Museum, is a gallery about bees located at the south end of Malacca Botanical Garden in Ayer Keroh, Malacca, Malaysia, which was established in 2013. It showcases around 250 type specimens of bee hives and hornet nests, and also the spectacular bee man show.
- Mamee Jonker House : Jalan Hang Jebat > After over 40 years of heritage in food and manufacturing, Mamee, a well-known noodle brand's opens its first concept store, Mamee Jonker House, at the heart of a UNESCO heritage street.
- Maritime Museum (Flor de La Mar): located just ahead of the Stadhuys, Melaka, is a replica of the Portuguese ship Flor de La Mar that sank off the coast of Melaka on its way to Portugal during the 16th century.
- Masjid Al-Azim : Kg Bukit Palah, Melaka : the state mosque of Malacca. It is located next to the Malacca General Hospital, the Malacca Al-Quran Museum and the State Heroes Mausoleum (Malay: Makam Pahlawan Negeri) and was constructed to replace the former state mosque at Tranquerah Mosque and officially opened on 13 July 1990 by the ninth Yang di-Pertuan Agong, Sultan Azlan Shah of Perak.
- Masjid Al-Hamideen @ Masjid Bukit China: built in 1865 with public donations. In 1978, this mosque was expanded with government assistance.
- Masjid Cina Melaka : Malacca Chinese Mosque is a Chinese-style mosque in Krubong, Central Melaka District, Malacca, Malaysia. It is the third such mosque in Malaysia after the ones in Kelantan and Perak and was developed by the Malacca Chinese Muslim Association.
- Masjid Kampong Hulu : at Melaka > the oldest mosque in Malaysia built by Dato' Shamsudin in 1728.
- Masjid Kampong Kling: located at Jalan Tukang Emas, Melaka > "Keling" was a term used to denote the South Indian community which originated from Kalinga. Built by the Indian Muslim traders in 1748 during the Dutch colonial era.
- Masjid Selat Melaka: Melaka Straist Mosque > a beautiful and colorful mosque built on stilts above sea, surrounded by water and hence called floating mosque.
- Masjid Tengkera :Jalan Tengkera, Melaka > a mosque in Malacca City, Malacca, Malaysia. It was built in 1728 and located next to tomb of Sultan Hussein Shah of Johor and used to be the state mosque of Malacca before the establishment of Al Azim Mosque in 1990.
- Medan Samudera : Bandar Hilir > a perfect rest stop for weary tourists. The ground features a variety of souvenir shops,while the second floor houses a food court offering a range of Malay Melaka cuisine, including popular dishes like Asam Pedas.

- Melaka Straits Mosque: The Melaka Straits Mosque, also known as Masjid Selat Melaka, is a modern mosque located on a man-made island near the coast of Melaka City, Malaysia. It's known for its unique design, which gives it the appearance of floating on the water during high tide. The mosque was completed in 2006 and features a golden dome, grand archways, and stained glass panels.
- Melaka Sultanate Palace: the replica of the Sultan Mansur Syah who ruled Melaka from 1456 - 1477 has been recreated at the foot of St.Paul Hill, based on information from the Malay Annals.
- Melaka Trishaw: It's hard to miss the sight of a trishaw in Melaka, well decorated with flowers and even equipped to play a medley of songs.

- Memorial Perisytiharan Kemerdekaan: officially opened by Tunku Abdul Rahman Putra Al-Haj on 31 August 1985.The building was established in 1912 used to house the Malacca Club, used by British people during the colonial era.
- Menara Taming Sari: The only gyro tower in Malaysia. Opened to public on 18 APril 2008 and officiated by then Chief Minister of Melaka, Mohd Ali Rustam on 17 May 2008. - Muzium Adat Istiadat: Alor Gajah > The Museum of Custom & Tradition also known as Alor Gajah District Museum exhibit artifacts and socio-economics activities of the Malay society in Melaka.
- Muzium Al-Quran, Melaka : Malacca Al-Quran Museum is a museum about Quran in Malacca City, Malacca, Malaysia, which was developed with the cooperation between Restu Foundation and Malacca State Government and opened to the public on 10 January 2008. It is located next to the state mosque of Malacca and consists of 12 main halls and a shop.
- Muzium Budaya Cheng Ho: Cheng Ho Culture Museum is believed to be a restructured ancient building with Ming architecture, with two to three hundred years of history. The famous Cheng Ho is the Ming Dynasty Admiral who has visited Malacca many times while en route to the Western Ocean from 1405-1433.
- Muzium Islam Melaka: The Melaka Islamic Museum at Bandar Hilir dedicated to the history and culture of Islam, particularly its arrival and spread in Melaka and the rest of Malaysia.
- Muzium Kapal Selam: The Submarine Museum in Melaka > previously owned by the French Navy, FS Quessant Agosta 70 Submarine. It was first used to train the Royal Malaysian Navy crews from 2005 - 2009. It was opened to public on 22 November 2011.
- Muzium Kesultanan Melayu Melaka: The Palace of Sultan Mansur Shah who ruled Melaka from 1456 to 1477 has been faithfully recreated at the foot of Bukit Melaka (formerly St. Paul Hill). It was constructed in 1984 and became a cultural museum which showcases the history of the region. The museum was officially opened on 17 July 1986 by Prime Minister Tun Dr. Mahathir Mohamad.
- Muzium Maritim : Located just ahead of the Stadhuys, is a replica of the Portuguese ship that snak off the coast of Melaka on its way back to Portugal.It was officially opened by the Prime Minister of Malaysia, Dr. Mahathir Mohamad on 13 June 1994.
- Muzium Penjara Melaka: Malaysia Prison Museum at Bandar Hilir, displays items and information about prison life in Malacca City, Malacca, Malaysia. It was officially opened by Yang di-Pertua Negeri of Malacca Mohd Khalil Yaakob on 20 November 2014.
- Muzium Sastera Melaka: Bandar Hilir > Malacca Literature Museum is a museum about Malaysian literary works in Malacca City, Malacca, Malaysia, which resembles the structural design of a residence and was officiated by Chief Minister Mohd Zin Abdul Ghani in 1984.
- Muzium Senibina Melaka: The Malaysia Architecture Museum located in Bandar Hilir, Melaka which exhibits various architectureal materials, building models and concepts.
- Muzium Setem Melaka: The Melaka Stamp Museum, also known as Muzium Setem Melaka, is a postal museum located in Melaka City, Malaysia. It was housed in a Dutch colonial building that was originally a residence for Dutch dignitaries and later served as the Malacca State Museum. The museum showcases the history of Malaysian stamps and the postal service, including stamps from different eras and various post boxes.
- Muzium TLDM: The Royal Malaysian Navy (RMN) Museum is located opposite the Muzium Samudera (replica of the Flor De La Mar Ship) in Melaka. The original location of this museum was at the Lumut Naval Base. The museum was moved to Melaka on 28 October 1995. The ship "EX KD SRI TERENGGANU" is placed in this museum as the main attraction of the museum.
- Muzium Warisan Baba dan Nyonya: The museum located on JalanTun Tan Cheng Lock, parallel to Jonker Street. It was established in 1986 by Chan Kim Lay, the 4th generation of his family. The museum showcases the local history of descendants of ethnic Chinese-Malays called Baba-Nyonya or Peranakan.

- Pantai Pengkalan Balak : a beach in the town of Masjid Tanah, to the north of Tanjung Bidara Beach in Alor Gajah District, in the Malaysian state of Malacca. It is one of the important landing sites of the hawksbill turtles in the state.
- Pantai Tanjung Bidara: Alor Gajah, Melaka > one of the beaches on the west coast of Peninsular Malaysia. It is a famous picnic beach and is one of the important landing sites for green turtles in the state of Melaka. The beach is also close to Terendak Camp, a military camp.
- Perigi Hang Li Poh:Perigi Hang Li Poh also known as King's Well, is a historical gem tucked within Bukit Cina in Melaka. Built in 1459 by the followers of Hang Li Poh. Legend has it that the Emperor of China sent his daughter Princess Hang Li Poh to marry Sultan Mansur Shah according to Malay Annals. But according to Tom Pires in Suma Oriental, she is not a Princess.
- Perigi Hang Tuah & Kg. Duyong: Hang Tuah Well is a 1.8 meter-deep water well, located in Kampong Duyong belief to be the Hang Tuah village. It is declared as a Historical Monument under the Antiquities Act on 29 September 1977. According to the folklore, it is believed that Hang Tuah dug the well himself for his own use.
- Planetarium Melaka: located at Ayer Keroh, Melaka > features Islamic architecture and a landing UFO. Its 3D Space Theatre is deemed on of the most sophisticated in Asia.
- Portuguese Settlement : a result of the Portuguese colonisation of Melaka in the 16th century and subsequent intermarriages with locals, this settlement is Portuguese Square of Mini Lisbon.
- Proclamation of Independence Memorial: located in the city of Melaka close to A Famosa, built in 1911 as the Malacca Club. This is where the Independence of Malaysia was declared.
- Pulau Besar: an island approximately 13 km off the coast of mainland Melaka in Malaysia. It is served by 15-minute private motorboat rides from the towns of Pernu and Umbai and 30-minutes scheduled ferry rides from Anjung Batu Jetty in Umbai.
- RMCD Museum: The Royal Malaysian Customs Department Museum at Bandar Hilir, is a museum about Royal Malaysian Customs Department in Malacca City, Malacca, Malaysia. The museum building was constructed under the British government rule in the early 1890s to store imported trade goods and goods for export.
- Shore Oceanarium: 2nd Floor, The Shore Shopping Gallery > Kid-friendly marine life exhibits, including touch pools, sea turtles & 100 + types of seashells.

- Sri Poyyatha Vinayagar Moorthi Temple: the Hindu temple built in 1781 on land donated by Kapitan Thaivanayagam Chitty.
- St.Francis Xavier Church : at Melaka > built in 1849 by Reverend Farve a Frenchman, dedicated to St. Francis Xavier.
- St.George Church: situated at Jalan Masjid Kapitan Keling, Penang > built in 1816, it was the first Anglican Church in Southeast Asia.
- Street of Harmony: a short walk along Jalan Masjid Kapitan Keling in Penang known as Street of Harmony, demonstrate how the Island's 4 main communities can coexist peacefully. There is the St.George Church, the first Anglican Church in Southeast Asia, the Goddess of Mercy Temple, spiritual centre for Chinese community, on the same street, visitors can find the Sri Maha Mariamman Kovil, the oldest Hindu temple on the Island and further along the street is the Kapitan Keling Mosque, built by Tamil Muslim community.
- Stadthuys : Melaka > built by the Dutch in 1605 as the official residence of Dutch Governor and their officers. The oldest remaining Dutch colonial building left in Southeast Asia.
- Straits Chinese Jewellery Museum: Jalan Tun Tan Cheng Lock > a museum which displays the furniture and jewellery of the Peranakan culture in Malacca City, Malacca, Malaysia. It was opened in October 2012 and housed in a heritage house building that used to be a house of a prominent Peranakan Chinese.
- Sungai Udang Recreational Forest: Sungai Udang Recreational Forest is a lowland dipterocarp forest in Sungai Udang, Malacca, Malaysia under the management of the State Forestry Department. It was declared a reserved area in 1987 with an area of 55 hectares.
- Taman Buaya Melaka: Melaka Crocodile Farm > has been operation since July 1987. It has about 100 species of crocodiles from around the world such as African Dwarf, Siamese, Indian Mugger, Hunchback and many more.
- Taman Burung Melaka: one of the largest aviaries in Malaysia. The 1.8 hectare Melaka Bird Park has a varied range of bird species from Malaysia as well as other parts of the world. It is the largest Bird Park in Asia.
- Taman Mini Malaysia: Taman Mini Malaysia and OHIO is a theme park in Ayer Keroh, Melaka, Malaysia. The park showcases traditional houses from every state in Malaysia and also from every country in the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN). Taman Mini Malaysia was opened on 17 July 1986 by Prime Minister Mahathir Mohamad, followed by Taman Mini ASEAN on 3 September 1991 which was also opened by him.
- Taman Rama-Rama dan Reptilia Melaka:a private zoo in Ayer Keroh, Melaka, opened in 1991 as a butterfly house and built over 11-hectare of jungle are of the town.

- Tun Teja Mausoleum: The burial place of Tun Teja Ratna Benggala, the beautiful wife of Sultan Mahmud Melaka who reigned Melaka from 1458 - 1511. The grave is located in a peaceful location surrounded by rice paddy fields near the town of Merlimau in Melaka.
- Turtle Conservation & Information Centre: Padang Kemunting, Melaka > focuses on the conservation of Hawksbill turtles (Eretmochelys imbricata) and painted terrapins. It serves as a hatchery, a conservation and research center, and a place for public education. The center monitors turtle landings, protects nesting areas, and conducts research and hatchery programs.
- Umbai Grilled Fish Floating Village: Pengkalan Pulau Besar in Umbai, Melaka is a delightful jetty right at the mouth of the river, has 12 stalls specialising in an assortment of the freshest seafood.
- Villa Sentosa: Kampung Morten, Melaka > Traditional house, now a living-history museum depicting life in a wealthy early-20th-century home.
- Zoo Melaka: Officially Melaka Zoo and Night Safari, located beside the Lebuh Ayer Keroh, Melaka. Hosts more than 1200 animals including 215 species of birds, amphibians, reptiles and mammals. It is the second largest zoo in Malaysia after National Zoo in Kuala Lumpur. Established in 1963.
